WHERE IS MY ORDER

Track Your Order

Orders placed before 12 noon are packed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after that cut-off are sent the next business day.

Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email notification confirming that your order has left our warehouse.

Typical delivery times after dispatch
Germany 2 business days
Netherlands & Belgium 2–4 business days
Finland 6–9 business days
Other EU countries 3–7 business days

You can also log in to your customer account and follow your order status on the Orders page.

Tracking becomes active once the shipment has been registered by the local postal carrier.
Do not worry if tracking data is not visible right away, this is normal.

If your tracking shows no movement for several days or you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, contact our customer service and we will be happy to assist you.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.

We can update or cancel only if the order has not yet been packed or handed to the carrier.

Because we ship same day for orders placed before 12 noon, changes are rarely possible after a few hours.

If your order has already been processed, you can still return the package once it arrives by following our return instructions.

RETURNS

1. Log in to your account and request a return.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to register and ship your return. The product must be unopened.

2. Choose your refund method:

Store Credit – Get free return shipping and use your credit whenever you like – it never expires.

💸 Money Refund – Receive the refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is at your own cost.

3. Receive your refund within 7 days

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been inspected.

📦 Packaging Instructions – Please Read

Only unopened products can be returned

Include everything from your order – even gifts like hair clips and storage pouches

You can reuse the original shipping bag – just make sure to seal it properly with tape or use another protective outer package

❗ Do not return products using only the product pouch or storage bag – they must be placed inside a secure shipping bag.

RECLAMATIONS

We personally check every product by hand before packing, and we are deeply sorry if something still slips through our quality control.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact our customer service as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the case quickly.


We kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you notice any visible damage or missing items, and no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
This quick contact allows us to investigate while the package and product are still in their original condition and makes the process easier for you.


(Please note that a reclamation is not valid for normal wear and tear, damage from regular use, or issues)

Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with EU regulations.

Please ensure that any item returned for inspection is clean and dry.
