DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Terms and Conditions for Orders and Delivery
Fiveminutesbeauty, operated by Jora Art Oy (FI32603746), sells products through its online store to Finland and across Europe. Product prices include VAT at 25.5%. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.


Ordering

Products are ordered online by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the payment process at checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact details provided during the order process will only be used for delivering the order or resolving any issues related to it. By placing an order, the customer is deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of the order. Products ordered from Fiveminutesbeauty are shipped to the customer from our warehouse located in Germany.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once the order and payment are successfully completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via the email address provided.

If the customer cancels the order before it is processed and shipped, a full refund will be issued.


Shipping Costs

Orders are delivered via the selected courier service to a pick-up point or home address. Shipping costs range from €0 to €20, depending on the value of the order and the selected delivery method. Orders over €99 are delivered free of charge within Europe.


Delivery Methods

We use multiple delivery providers depending on the destination country, including UPS, Deutsche Post, and DHL, with shipments originating from Germany.

  1. UPS Standard Delivery
    Reliable delivery service for domestic and European shipments. Includes tracking, and delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

  2. Deutsche Post
    Affordable delivery for lighter packages, typically delivered to your local post office or service point. Delivery times are 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.

  3. DHL Express
    Fast and secure international delivery. Packages are usually delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on the destination. Includes tracking and delivery notifications.


Delivery Time

We aim for fast delivery, with orders placed by 2 PM generally dispatched the same day. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

If a significant delay occurs, the customer has the right to cancel the order by notifying Jora Art Oy. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages resulting from such delays. Any exceptional delivery times will be announced on our online store's homepage.

Jora Art Oy reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or other insurmountable difficulties prevent its fulfillment.


Returns and Complaints

Customers have the right under Finnish Consumer Protection Law to return the entire order or part of it within 14 days of receiving it. However, products where the security seal has been broken are considered final sales and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fiveminutesbeauty.com to receive a return form and further instructions. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only the price of the product will be refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective items due to customer negligence are not eligible for compensation. Upon receipt, customers should verify the condition of the items and ensure proper use and storage.

For complaints, contact us immediately after receiving the shipment at info@fiveminutesbeauty.com. Please include your order number and provide a detailed description of the issue. If possible, attach a photo or video of the defect.

Uncollected packages will incur a fixed fee of €15 to cover shipping and return costs.


Klarna and Data Protection

We use Klarna as our payment service provider. This means that we may transfer your personal data, such as contact and order information, to Klarna when the checkout is loaded so Klarna can manage your purchase. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna’s privacy notice.
