Unlike long one-layer ponytails that tend to knot together, our 2in1 Pony is made from shorter layered fibers. Each layer moves on its own instead of matting into a single heavy strand, so the pony stays smooth, bouncy and easy to brush through.

No expensive care products!
Synthetic hair is made of smooth plastic fibers with a sealed surface. It doesn’t get oily and can’t absorb treatments like natural hair. Shampoo and conditioner are unnecessary. Fabric softener is the best choice because it coats the surface lightly, reduces static, and keeps the strands soft, silky, and tangle free + you can choose your favorite scent.

Brushing Guide

1. Use a wide-tooth comb or wig brush made for synthetic hair (no ball tips, no stiff bristles).
   
2. Always start brushing from the ends and move upward slowly.
   
3. Avoid pulling or tugging to prevent stretching the fibers.
   
4. Keep a separate brush only for your extensions.
   

Quick Wash Guide for Claw Clips

1. Remove the claw or wash only the ends.
   
2. Fill a clean basin with lukewarm water about 30°C.
   
3. Add 1–2 caps of fabric softener and mix well.
   
4. Place the hair into the water and let it soak for 5–10 minutes.
   
5. Rinse thoroughly with fresh lukewarm water.
   
6. Pat gently with a towel and let air dry flat, no heat.
