Delivery Methods
We use multiple trusted delivery providers depending on the destination country, including UPS, Deutsche Post, and DHL, with all shipments originating from Germany.

  • UPS Standard Delivery
    Reliable shipping service for domestic and European deliveries. Includes tracking. Delivery time depends on the destination country.

  • Deutsche Post
    An affordable solution for lighter packages, usually delivered to your local post office or pickup point. Delivery time is typically 3–10 business days, depending on the location.

  • DHL Express
    A fast and secure international delivery option. Most packages arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on destination. Includes tracking and notifications.

Order Processing and Delays

Orders are processed as quickly as possible depending on availability and warehouse schedule. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If a significant delay occurs, you have the right to cancel the order by contacting Jora Art Oy. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure situations (such as strikes or natural disasters), or for any indirect losses resulting from delays.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at info@fiveminutesbeauty.com within 5 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation Due to Product Unavailability

Jora Art Oy reserves the right to cancel an order if:

  • The product is unexpectedly out of stock

  • Delivery is not possible due to unforeseen logistical or legal issues

In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately and fully refunded.

This shipping policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applies to all orders placed within the European Economic Area (EEA).
